Ball Rolling Workshop: Deep Rest for Body & Nervous System
May 31st 10am -12pm at Good Roots Boutique
Join us for a deeply relaxing Ball Rolling Workshop, a gentle form of self‑massage using therapy balls to release tight muscles, ease aches and pains, calm your nervous system, and improve circulation, posture, and mobility. We’ll slowly unwind built‑up tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and feet so you leave feeling lighter and more spacious in your body. Class will close with a short Yoga Nidra to integrate the benefits and invite deep rest. This special time to unwind will be held Sunday, May 31st from 10am -12pm at Good Roots Boutique.
