I am super excited to be part of the Open Doors 300hr teaching training  program which will run October 2023 - May 2024.  Lyn Pompeo, Radhika Priya Sakhi and I designed this 300hr level program to allow our students to delve deeper into their practice.  The training will incorporate history, philosophy, alignment, ayurvedic principles, retreat design, community service and so much more.  Our goal is to have each student graduate the program feeling more aligned with their intention and more confident in their ability to share their own way of teaching of this powerful practice.
