Our comprehensive curriculum covers every essential aspect of becoming a grounded, inspired, and impactful yoga teacher:

Yoga History, Philosophy & Sanskrit
Discover the roots of yoga and the deep meanings woven into its language and wisdom. Explore classical texts, ethics, and the spiritual dimensions of the practice.

Anatomy & Physiology
Understand the biomechanics of the body and how yoga postures support mobility, breath, nervous system regulation, and sustainable movement.

Asana & Alignment
Break down postures with a focus on function over form. Learn how to cue and modify poses to suit a wide range of bodies and needs.

Teaching Methodology
Find your voice. Learn how to structure powerful classes, sequence with purpose, and hold space with clarity and compassion.

Investment & Commitment

The total cost of the training, $3500, includes all instruction, mentorship, training manuals, and support throughout your journey. Payments can be made in full or in installments and are all non-refundable.  (please contact Kim for more details).  

 

To reserve your space, a $600 non-refundable deposit is required by September 1st and full payment by September 15th.
