

Spring Into Practice: A 4-week Deep Dive Evolving Your Yoga Practice
This isn’t about mastering poses or chasing perfection. It’s about slowing down, listening more deeply, and exploring yoga as a personal, embodied journey.
Over four weeks, we’ll look beyond the surface of the poses to explore the deeper layers of practice. We’ll question the forms and language we’ve inherited, and create space to connect with what actually feels true and supportive in your body and life.
You can expect:
Grounding breathwork and nervous system support
The power of mantra and intentional language
Traditional & non-traditional asana with freedom to modify and explore
Restorative shapes & Yoga Nidra for deep rest and recalibration
Self-inquiry and reflection to integrate it all

Classes will be held Wednesday evenings 6:30pm - 8:00pm at Good Roots Boutique in Scituate beginning Wednesday April 16th. (4/16, 4/23, 4/30 & 5/7) .
